Everything looks OK, Where are you getting your parts from ? I like the i5 cpu, but would go with a Gigabyte Motherboard and would get a top mount PSU case..

Any intentions to get a graphics card ? If not, something like a Corsair CX430 would be more than enough. That case is an overkill if no discrete GPU is being used.

    Care to explain why ?

Thanks. Always good to see when someone has had good experience with a product. Seems that you have a similar experience with Gigabyte as I have with Asus and MSI.

Please get a decent discrete GPU, that build is awesome, needs a good GPU though.
Also, are you planning to overclock? If you do have plans in the future, then I agree with previous post, get a Gigabyte motherboard, Asus, or MSI..
Another thing is, Get a P67 or Z68 board (if you can find any, if not Z77 is the newer versions which also support ivy bridge cpu but supports sandy as well sadly there's no other newer model that support overclocking) , since you're buying an i5-2500k which is an unlocked cpu (means you can overclock the juice out of it) H67 doesn't support overclocking so, it will be a waste..

    Here's an example:
Board 1 and Board 2 supports overclocking. Board 3 and Board 4 won't let you overclock your cpu.

See this post for more info on difference between z68, z77, and h77 boards.
